What are the delivery charges?

The delivery charges for sending our N95 & N99 masks and bandanas are based on 3 main criteria:


1. First of all, it depends on your location. Know that we do ship our masks all over the world.


2.  Second, it depends on the urgency. We offer our customers the possibility of receiving our products via normal post or express post. If you need your N95 or N99 masks very fast, then once ordered, please send us an email at to organize a fast speed delivery. The customer will have to bear the extra costs related to the fast speed sending.


3. And third, it depends on the size and weight of your order.


This process it seems difficult but we simplify it for you, once you check out before payment you will see your shipping options and costs.

When can I expect my parcel?

  • Most orders (unless indicated) are processed within 1 to 3 working days.
  • For orders shipped within India it takes 5 to 7 working days until delivery.
  • If you live in a remote area, it could take a few days more.
  • For international orders please give us 10-21 days if sent via registered postal service and 7-10 days for EMS Speed Post. During busy times of the year or in rare occasions, registered parcel can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If you have not received your parcel within this time please contact us . We will track your parcel and let you know about the delivery status.

Which countries do you ship to ?

We can sell and ship our N95 & N99 masks only to India.

Will I be liable for customs charges when I order online?

Orders that are sent outside of INDIA may be subject to local import taxes, duties and fees levied by your country.

The customer is expected to bear these extra charges as we have no control over these charges. Please check with your local postal authority / Customs office about such possible charges as Aire Masks can not take any responsibilities for any parcels being rejected by the local customs.

Some countries’ customs like Germany are rejecting nutritional supplements (due to pharmaceutical company driven laws). When a package is rejected by customs the package may be destroyed or customs may contact you asking if you want it destroyed or returned. The return fee is often prohibitive so the product is destroyed instead. It would be wise to check with the customs department of your country to make sure that the Aire Masks you have ordered will be accepted.

Because of such kind of issues, we require that customers assume and be conscious of all financial risks related to their order once it has left the Indian territory.

What is the shipping cost within India?

All prices displayed on Aire’s website include delivery costs within India. We kindly offer the shipping of our N95 & N99 masks anywhere in India.

Where are my masks sent?

Any order placed on Aire’s webshop include delivery at your door, anywhere in India.
